Sup gamers.
So I decided to try out this hip new neocities thing I've been hearing about. I think the whole idea of having my own personal website where I can do literally whatever the hell I feel like doing seems really fun, and hey, I sorta kinda know HTML and CSS, so I decided why not. On top of that, I do realize most modern social media is kinda awful garbage shitty shitfuck trash these days, and I wanna get that real authentic decentralized experience for once.
I'm just gonna go out and say it though, I am 100% a poser on here. I'm an '03 baby who wasn't allowed to go on the Internet outside a couple sites until the wonderous Three Websites For Everything Internet we know today started being a thing, so I never really used geocities or been a part of the early 2000s Internet that this place is really based on. But fuck it, I'm not gonna let the fact that I'm a dumb zoomer stop me. I'm gonna make funny website and nobody is gonna stop me >:)
I'm mostly planning on using this site as a designated yapping zone for me to post about stuff I wanna talk about that I probably wouldn't have space to on Bluesky. This Blog area is gonna be for general stuff going on, while the Music Yapping section is gonna be specifically for album writeups and other such music-related things, as I ocassionally feel pretty inspired to write about music sometimes but never really had a space to do so before. Thinking about starting with a writeup of the new Bad Bunny album, Debi Tirar Mas Fotos, because it's a very recent release that I feel is pretty relevant to current events, and the fact that it's a Bad Bunny album that I genuinely enjoyed is quite shocking if you know anything about my thoughts on Reggaeton. Perhaps I'll make that soon. Maybe even today who knows. You will, but I won't as I write this blogpost.
